At 86 I am blessed to have a doctor that really has the knowledge, skill and courage to give her patients the time, care and perseverance to provide excellent care to them. In my liife time there have been only 5 doctors that have these talents. I believe that Doctor Lai is one of those doctors. She should be supported and praised for her contributions to me and to the organization in which she belongs.

Dr. Lai is so thorough and really listens to my husband and I during my appointments. She communicates with us about our concerns and any tests that are run. She takes time and makes my health a priority. Dr. Lai researches options for my care and has made phone calls to me about the answers or results/ recommendations herself. Dr. Lai is in my opinion, a phenomenal physician.
